It is with great enthusiasm that DisposAll Waste Services, LLC  is pleased to announce that we are a certified WBE by the City of Chicago and DBE in accordance with the governing federal regulations, 49 CFR part 26. DBE certification allows us to participate as a DBE in the Illinois Unified Certification Program (IL UCP). The participating agencies include the City of Chicago, Illinois Department of Transportation, the Chicago Transit Authority, Metra and Pace. WBE certification is valid with various sister agencies including: Chicago Public Schools, Cook County, Chicago Park District, Public Building Commission, Chicago Housing Authority, Chicago Transit Authority, City Colleges, Metropolitan Pier Exhibition Authority (MPEA) and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District.
